Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AgriPal mobile app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use AgriPal

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use AgriPal. You're responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity that happens under your account.

2. The Service

AgriPal provides AI-assisted tools and information for farmers, including machinery troubleshooting, livestock health checks, crop and paddock planning, a farm diary, weather, market information, a community forum and a marketplace. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

• AgriPal offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, access continues on a paid subscription of A$19.99 per month unless cancelled.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. They renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund the current period.
• Prices may change; we'll give reasonable notice of any change.

4. AI features and important disclaimer

AgriPal's AI features provide general information and suggestions only. They are not professional agronomic, veterinary, mechanical, safety, legal or financial advice, and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional before acting on AI output, especially for safety-critical, animal-health or high-value decisions.

If you suspect a notifiable or emergency animal disease, contact a veterinarian immediately and call the Australian Emergency Animal Disease Hotline on 1800 675 888.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights while using the Service;
• Post false, misleading, harmful, abusive or unlawful content;
• Misuse the community or marketplace, or post spam or scams;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create (diary entries, posts, listings, photos). By posting content you grant us a licence to host, store and display it as needed to operate the Service. You're responsible for the content you post and must have the rights to share it.

7. Community and marketplace

The community and marketplace let users interact and list items. AgriPal does not verify listings, users or the quality, safety or legality of items offered, and is not a party to transactions between users. Deal carefully and at your own risk. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The AgriPal app, website, branding and software are owned by AgriPal and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in line with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriPal is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on AI output or content from other users.

10. Termination

You can stop using AgriPal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
