Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your AgriPal account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the AgriPal mobile app (developer: AgriPal).

Delete your account from inside the app

The quickest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

• Open AgriPal and sign in.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Confirm. Your account is permanently deleted.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support@agripal.com.au from the email address registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity before actioning the request.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data linked to it, including:

• Your profile (name, farm details, profile photo, region/location data).
• Your farm diary entries, crop and paddock plans, and any attached photos or documents.
• Your community posts and comments, marketplace listings, and messages.
• Petitions you created and your signatures.
• Your verification details and verified-farmer status.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where we are required or permitted to by law — for example, transaction and billing records needed for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. Subscription and payment records are held by Google Play / Apple and our payments provider (RevenueCat) under their own policies. We may also keep aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you.

Retention period

Active data is deleted promptly when you delete your account. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep are retained only for as long as the law requires.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove individual content — you can delete your own diary entries, community posts, comments and marketplace listings from within the app at any time. For other data-deletion requests, contact support@agripal.com.au.
